bonuses = The Prix Guillaume d'Ornano is a Group 2 flat horse race in France open to three-year-old thoroughbreds. It is run over a distance of 2,000 metres (approximately 1¼ miles) at Deauville-La Touques Racecourse, and it takes place annually in August.

It was first run in 1952 and was originally titled the Prix de la Côte Normande. This was named after the Normandy coast on which Deauville is situated. Initially run over 3,000 metres, the race's distance was cut to 2,000 metres in 1953. It has remained at this length with two exceptions, in 1958 and 1959, when it was extended to 2,400 metres.

When the present system of race grading was introduced in the early 1970s, the Prix de la Côte Normande was given Group 3 status. It was promoted to Group 2 level in 1983.

In 1987 the race was renamed in memory of Guillaume d'Ornano (1894–1985), who had been a successful racehorse owner and breeder in France. A former owner of the stud farm "Haras de Manneville", which, like Deauville, is in Calvados, Guillaume d'Ornano was also a chairman of the "Société des Courses du Pays d'Auge", an organisation which ran Deauville-Clairefontaine Racecourse.

The race has continually taken place at Deauville-La Touques without exception. The fastest winning time over its regular distance is 2m 02.0s, recorded by Northern Baby in 1979.
