Society for Organic Urban Land Care

The Society for Organic Urban Land Care (SOUL) is a Victoria, British Columbia-based non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the transition to organic practices for the care of land among professional landscapers, groundskeepers, and the general public.

Standards for Organic Land Care

Certification of Organic Land Care Professionals

A code of professional conduct, along with requirements of educational achievement and experience, have been established by SOUL to create a certification program for organic land care professionals.

Classes in the certificate program for ecological landscape design are offered by Gaia College, in cooperation with the Society for Organic Urban Land Care, at Vancouver, Burnaby, and Delta. [ [http://www.gaiacollege.ca/public/programs/design/instructors.php Gaia College Inc ] ]
