Immanuel Mifsud (born
September 12 ,1967 ) is a writer of poetry and prose, born inPaola, Malta . He was for a time involved in research theatre. He wrote six collections of short stories, six poetry collections, and also children stories.Prose work

Literary Awards
"L-Istejjer Strambi ta' Sara Sue Sammut" won the National Literary Award for 2002. Immanuel Mifsud's poetry collection "Il-Ktieb tar-Riħ u l-Fjuri" and "Kimika" placed second in 2001 and 2005 respectively.
"L-Istejjer Strambi ta' Sara Sue Sammut" was shortlisted for the Premio Strega Europa for 2008.
