"Soul Deep," was the third single taken from Swedish pop duo Roxette's debut album "Pearls of Passion" from 1986. It was only released in a few European countries and Canada. The single peaked at #18 on the charts in Sweden, but failed to chart elsewhere.

The song was originally written in Swedish and was called "Dansar ner för ditt stup i rekordfart" but that title was considered too silly. Per Gessle wrote new lyrics in English and eventually Roxette recorded it for their debut album and for their 1987 single.

The song "Pearls of Passion" was included as a B-Side but was not included on any album until the re-issue of Pearls of Passion" in 1997

"Soul Deep" was also slightly remixed and released on the Joyride album from 1991.
