Damir Memišević (born January 22, 1984 in Banja Luka) is a Bosnian football player currently playing in FK Laktaši in the Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Career

His career started in his hometown with the most famous local club FK Borac Banja Luka. He showed his quality at very young age, having already played some senior matches, so he was transferred to SV Werder Bremen. Unforunately, he failed to secure a place in first team and after few years with amateur squad he decided to come back to Bosnia-Herzegovina. That proved to be a very good decision as he was a regular starter in FK Željezničar in 2005/2006 season. In January 2007, he signed a contract with FC Terek Grozny in the Russian First Division where Memišević made 32 league appearances for them.[1] In January 2009, he returned to FK Željezničar.

He was a part of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Under 21 team until 2006.
