Tere Bin

Tere Bin (Urdu: تیرے تن, Hindi: तेरे बिन) is a song by Pakistani singer Atif Aslam. It is featured in a Bollywood movie, "Bas Ek Pal".

Versions

There is a slow version which is used in the movie, and a remix version, with a more upbeat tempo. This song was a huge hit and was on everybody's tongue.

History

Himesh Reshammiya, a Bollywood Music Director, gave Atif a chance to sing "Mile Ho Tum To" in the movie "Dil Diya Hai" after a request by the Movie Director Mahesh Bhatt.Fact|date=February 2007 Himesh, tested that song in Atif's voice but he did not like his voice. But Himesh, not wanting to disappoint manner to that young Pakistani singer, asked his friend Mithoon, another Bollywood music director, to give him another song in the movie's soundtrack.Fact|date=February 2007

Mithoon had originally selected Shafqat Amanat Ali for this song, but did not like his voice and then chose Atif Aslam for that song, which eventually became a big hit in the India & Pakistan charts.Fact|date=February 2007
