In 1989, Baker began his film and television career working for
Casey Treat inSeattle, Washington . He moved toTulsa, Oklahoma in 1994 and began working forWillie George Ministries in their television department. There, he developed his skills as an editor and worked his way into becoming the primaryvisual effects supervisor. He continues to be employed byChurch on the Move , which is affiliated with Willie George Ministries.Independent projects
In addition to his work for Willie George, Baker has produced several projects under his production company,
Catalyst Productions . In 2004 he wrote, directed, and produced afeature film forChristian families called "Spy Corps " [imdb name|2321621] . "Spy Corps" was initially released in 2006 onDVD as "RSTC: Reserve Spy Training Corps".
