Clyde V. Prestowitz Jr.

Clyde Prestowitz, founder and President of the Economic Strategy Institute, served as counselor to the Secretary of Commerce in the Reagan Administration.^[1] He is fluent in Japanese, Dutch, German and French.^[2]
