The Stanley Clark School is a private school in South Bend, Indiana serving children Preschool-8th grade. Stanley Clark School has been recognized by the Blue Ribbon Schools Program, the highest award an American school can receive. The current headmaster is Robin Douglass. As of the 2007-08 school year, the tuition cost is around $14,000. The Stanley Clark School was founded in 1958. The Stanley Clark School is also known around the South Bend and Michiana areas for excellence not only in academics, but also for sports and other activities. Some sports that are played at Stanley Clark are Hockey, Basketball, Dance, Lacrosse, Volleyball, Soccer, Tennis, and intramural sports in the spring. During the summer there are many camps that can be taken by children up to age 16.

The Stanley Clark School also has many clubs and teams, including Speech Team, Science Olympiad, MathCounts, and Spelling Bee. The school has historically done very well in all of these areas.

Awards and recognition

During the 1985-86 school year, The Stanley Clark School was recognized with the Blue Ribbon School Award of Excellence by the United States Department of Education. Also, the Stanley Clark Science Olympiad team received 1st place in the state competition in 2008, and are moving on to the Nationals in Washington D.C. that will cause graduation to take place a week earlier then planned.
