K41IO is a low-power television station licensed to Las Vegas, Nevada. It is currently a repeater that broadcasts programming from the Trinity Broadcasting Network, via satellite. The station broadcasts on UHF channel 41, with no digital signal currently on-the-air. K41IO is not available through basic cable, but is carried on digital channel 350 through Cox Cable.

On June 23, 2006, the station was granted a construction permit to begin converting operations to digital television. Upon completion, the station will become a digital repeater of TBN, broadcasting all five TBN services at 15 kW on channel 41.
