Next single ="Jump Down" is a song by Irish
girl group B*Witched , released as their seventh and final single, the third to be released from their second album "Awake and Breathe ". It was released onMarch 20 2000 . It was their lowest chart placing in the UK Top 40 reaching just #16.Background
Jump Down was picked as the album's third single, it was remixed and given a more edgier and dancier vibe to it for its release. The girls changed their looks to go a long with it, sporting a new 'sexier' image that saw them posing in FHM magazine as well as adapting more raunchier dance moves. The song has been criticized because of its nonsensical lyrics and having lyrics from the nursery rhyme "
hey diddle diddle ". Many people were upset with the new look especially since the girls had said in past interviews they would 'never try to be anything they weren't'.Video
The video for Jump Down saw the girls take a brand new direction with their music, they lost the 'girl next door' look and instead chose to have a more sexy and mature look instead. The video features the girls in a long black tunnel with lots of lights, the girls do a very sexy and energetic dance routine. This is the first video to ever feature their dancers.
