Ottana (Sardinian: Otzàna) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 110 km north of Cagliari and about 25 km southwest of Nuoro.

It is home to the Romanesque church of San Nicola.

Ottana borders the following municipalities: Bolotana, Noragugume, Olzai, Orani, Sarule, Sedilo.
