Uri is a "comune" (municipality) in the Province of Sassari in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 170 km northwest of Cagliari and about 12 km southwest of Sassari. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,040 and an area of 56.7 km².All demographics and other statistics: Italian statistical institute Istat.]

Uri borders the following municipalities: Alghero, Ittiri, Olmedo, Putifigari, Sassari, Usini.
