The United States Kick-Boxing Association (USKBA) is a sanctioning body for sport karate and kickboxing throughout the world. The organization comprises championship divisions at World, US, National, State, and Regional Champions, each having both Men's and Women's Divisions.Prior to the success of mixed martial arts and full contact karate fights that havecontinued to grow since the mid 1990's, there was another kickboxing organization thatexisted from the late 1970's until 1992 called National Kickboxing. It was based outof the north-eastern United States and organized events were held all over the countryand Canada.
