Business intelegant

Business Intelegant is an organization development and coaching company based in Malmö, Southern Sweden.

Business Intelegant specializes in ergology - what work itself is, as well as neuropsychology in the workplace, human strategies, and new ideas about work. Founder, John Montgomery Rouse is the national representative for Sweden of the Organization Development Institute, a leading organization in the field of I/O psychology. The 27th OD World Congress in 2007 was held in Sweden, which he chaired. The conference ran from the 9th - 15th July 2007 at Malmö Castle.

Intelegance: The Way of Intelegance is a in positive psychology coaching method that enables people to think more simply, intelligently, and elegantly. It builds on the work of linguist Ferdinand de Saussure, by claiming that even very complicated ideas can be expressed intelegantly if the truth of the idea is clear to the speaker's own mind] . This also builds on neurology and cognitive science through gestalt psychology, and the theory and meaning of awareness. Business Intelegant then uses the individuals' awareness and applies them by using unorganization techniques, appreciative inquiry, and dynamic facilitation. This results in better decisions and better leadership that encourages people to find a complete work-life balance.

Established in 2002 it specializes in coaching in communication, language, and business theory, practice, and the authorship of business academics.

Business Intelegant works with international organizations in Sweden, China, France, Australia, Canada, USA, Britain, and Argentina through seminars, and on-line coaching. The company is particularly noted for work introduction, and induction days, for schools.
