Jimmy Wayne Haynes (born September 5, 1972 in LaGrange, Georgia) is a former Major League Baseball right-handed pitcher.

Haynes was selected by the Baltimore Orioles in the by|1991 amateur draft. He made his debut in the by|1995 season and was later sent to the Oakland Athletics.

After playing for the Athletics (by|1997-by|1999|99) and Milwaukee Brewers (by|2000-by|2001|01), Haynes became a member of the Reds in by|2002. Haynes was released from the Reds in by|2004, after only 5 appearances, in which he compiled an ERA of 9.60. Haynes pitched one final season in by|2005 for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays Triple-A affiliate, the Durham Bulls.

In his major league career, Haynes had a win-loss record of 63-89, with 754 strikeouts and an earned run average of 5.37.
