VersaCold is structured such that it is controlled by the VersaCold Income Fund, a limited purpose trust that generates monthly cash distributions for unitholders.

The company was acquired by Eimskip Holdings Inc. effective August 2, 2007, and delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
