State Route 82 is a primary state highway in Russell County, Virginia, United States, running west from U.S. Route 19 Business in Lebanon to Cleveland. State Route 600 continues north to a point in southeast Dickenson County.

SR 82 begins in tho town of Cleveland at a junction with State Route 600 and State Route 661. It immediately crosses the Clinch River and heads southeasterly through downtown Cleveland. It follows a small creek into the Reeds Valley, where it passes Purcell, and then climbs over Copper Ridge via hairpin curves. It descends via Spring City and across Glade Hollow, then crossing over a small summit at Slabtown to end at U.S. Route 19 Business in Lebanon.
