Ricky Jey is a DJ/rapper from
Montreal, Quebec ,Canada , who is best known for the single "No Means No", which peaked at #2 on the BillboardCanada single sales chart. His debut album, "

Evolution Records , in 2002, with whom he released his second album, "WHITEBOYS ".His singles off the "WhiteBoys " album "Hold On & Got a Man " gained much radio play and video play, however due to the label's small budget the marketing and promotion was not done and the album was simply a Promotional Album in Ricky Jey's eyes.In 2004 RJ created a production company and found the duo R&B female group
We-R who later changed their name toAddictiv . He was placing all the right parts together as well as managing & moulding a new unknown artist on the scene in
Canada .In 2006 Ricky Jey was able to get
Addictiv noticed in the Canadian music scene and on major music charts asBDS andMediaBase , enough so thatAddictiv was nominated for aCanadian Radio Music award in2007 .In late 2007 Ricky Jey also became the Music Director for Canada's hottest Urban Lifestyles Magazine "
