"Bing" is a Chinese term used to describe dough-based Chinese
flatbreads ,pancake s, unleavened dough foods, or indeed any food item with a flat disk-like shape. Many of them are similar to the Indianroti , Frenchcrepes , or Mexicantortilla , while others are more similar to Western cakes and cookies.Types

*"Cong you bing" (蔥油餅; scallions and oil "bing")
*"Fa mian bing " (yeast-risen bing)
*"Qian ceng bing " (千層糕; thousand layer "bing")
*"Shaobing " (燒餅)
*"Jian bing " (煎餅; fried egg pancake, similar tocrepe s).
*"Báo bǐng" (; literally "thin pancakes"), or "mù xū bǐng" (木须饼) "Bing"s are a casual food, generally eaten for lunch.
