Festival Bay Mall at International Drive is an enclosed shopping mall located on International Drive in Orlando, Florida, United States. Developed in phases between 1999 and 2002 as a property of the Belz Factory Outlets, it is now owned and managed by General Growth Properties of Chicago, Illinois.

The mall is convert|860000|sqft|m2 in size with Bass Pro Shops, Ron Jon Surfpark, Vans Skatepark, Steve & Barry's, National Book Warehouse and Shepler's Western Wear as anchor stores. The Ron Jon Surf Park is currently under construction. Other amenities include: a 20-screen Cinemark movie theater, a children's train and a glow-in-the-dark miniature golf course. The mall features a large outdoor fountain (with turtles), an indoor fountain with reflecting pool, waterfalls and a bridge, festival lighting throughout and a colorful tile floor. Also, there are many live indoor trees, plants and flowers.

The mall information center is located at the main entrance near the bridge and indoor fountain. Directional signs and maps are located throughout the mall.
