Stephen Arthur Hytner (born 28 September 1959) is an American actor.

He appeared as a regular in the "The Jeff Foxworthy Show" and "Working", in several episodes of "Roswell", and ', "Friends", "King of Queens", "Dharma and Greg", "The X-Files", ', "George Lopez" and "The Bill Engvall Show". He is perhaps best known for his role as Kenny Bania in "Seinfeld".

He most recently appeared in "Hustle", a British series about a gang of con men.
