Hag and Troll

Hag and Troll

Hag and Troll are two demonic super villains in the Marvel Comics Universe. They were employed by Deathwatch, and were especially antagonistical with Ghost Rider.

Fictional character biography

Hag and Troll were a duo of demons that were summoned by Deathwatch to aid him battle the Ghost Rider. They were equally as malicious as their master, and delighted in tormenting human beings. After Deathwatch was slain by Ghost Rider, the two were left in the human world to fend for themselves. They opted to bring back their leader by sacrificing several homeless men, women, and children. Spider-Man, Venom, Blaze and Ghost Rider eventually interfered, and after witnessing Hag and Troll murder a group of police officers, Venom in particular demanded retribution. The duo failed to revive Deathwatch, and were later defeated and taken into custody.

Hag

Hag, unlike her codename, was a beautiful woman. She had the power to hypnotize her victims, and then drained the life energy from their bodies. She was much more reckless than Troll, and her craving for taking lives usually gets the best of her. However, her thirst for blood made her much more unpredictable than her partner.

Troll

Troll was a flamboyant man and the muscle of the duo. While much quieter than Hag, he was usually much more sensible in his actions. He had the ability to turn his arm into a tentacle, which complimented his super strength. He was one of Deathwatch's favorite allies, and was most adamant about bringing him back to life.
