Rocca San Casciano is a "comune" (municipality) in the Province of Forlì-Cesena in the Italian region Emilia-Romagna, located about 60 km southeast of Bologna and about 25 km southwest of Forlì.

Rocca San Casciano borders the following municipalities: Dovadola, Galeata, Modigliana, Portico e San Benedetto, Predappio, Premilcuore, Tredozio.

Festa del Falò

Rocca San Casciano is popular in the area for its "Festa dei Falò" ("Bonfires Feast"), which, according to some, would originate from Celtic Pagan rites. It is documented that bonfires were lit near the Montone River since the 12th century; alter this even was assimilated to St. Joseph's religious day (March 19)
