There are two well-known places called Galicia:
*Galicia (Spain), a geographical region and one of the autonomous communities in Spain
*Galicia (Central Europe), a historical region in Central Europe, currently divided between Poland and Ukraine__NOTOC__

*Kingdom of Galicia, a medieval kingdom roughly corresponding to the Roman province of Gallaecia
