Hartsville High School is a public secondary school serving grades 9–12 located in Hartsville, SC. Around 1400 students attended Hartsville in the 2005–06 school year.

Hartsville High is governed by the Darlington County School District and is accredited by the Southern Association for Secondary Schools and Colleges, as well as the South Carolina State Board of Education.

Hartsville High's curriculum offers a wide range of advanced placement, honors, college preparatory, academic, and applied technology courses. Fine arts programs in band, chorus, drama, and visual arts are strong, and the athletic department produces 22 varsity and junior varsity teams in 14 sports.

Hartsville High School also offers many extracurricular activities including National Beta Club, National Honor Society, Anchor Club, ARMY JROTC, Key Club, and many more.
