Ken Rasmussen is a professor of
public administration at the "University of Regina Graduate School of Public Policy" (renamed theJohnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy ) and is considered an expert onSaskatchewan politics , public policy and public administration.Rasmussen received his doctorate in Political Science from the
