Merlene Frazer (born 27 December 1973 in Trelawny) is a retired female track and field sprinter from Jamaica who specialized in the 200 metres. She also competed on the successful Jamaican 4 x 100 metres relay team, and was on the Olympic silver medal team in 2000 (she ran in the heats, but not in the final).
