Hrafn Gunnlaugsson (born June 17, 1948, Reykjavík, Iceland) is an Icelandic moviemaker. He is the brother of the actress Tinna Gunnlaugsdóttir. He is mostly known for his series of Viking movies, sometimes called "Cod Westerns". He married Edda Kristjánsdóttir [1] and they have four children: Kristján who is a poet and playwright, Tinna who is an actress, Sól [2] and Örk who was born in 1993.[3].
