Pat Pantano

Patrick J. Pantano is an American rock drummer and photojournalist based in Ferndale, Michigan.

History

Over the years, Pantano has had numerous projects. He started off as the drummer in the influential Detroit-based band The Colors, and then went on to play for a couple of years with another Detroit band called Cathouse. In 1996 he was in the first line-up of The Dirtbombs before relocating to Pittsburgh and playing with the Steel Miners. In 1999 he moved from Pittsburgh back to Detroit, and now is playing in both The Come-Ons and The Dirtbombs.Blackwell, Ben. Pantano is also an accomplished photojournalist. He has photographed numerous bands for magazines, including the White Stripes.
