The South-Africa Chambers of Commerce is a fictitious South African government agency, used in the Shell Petroleum Urgent Assistance email scam.
This agency is mentioned to have referred the fictitious "Director of the Contracts Award and review Department" to the recipient of the e-mail. Nothing else of this organization is divulged, and simply research into the matter of the fraudulent e-mail reveals that the organization is purely fictional.
