Silver Spring International Middle School is a Montgomery County public middle school, home to 788 students. In the building formerly know as Montgomery Blair, Silver Spring International is located on Wayne Avenue of Silver Spring, Maryland. Their mascot is the Jaguars. The school is home to both men and women's soccer and basketball and has French and Spanish immersion programs. It is also going through authorization to become a Middle Years Program School. The current principal is Vicky Parcan. The school holds from grades 6-8. Famous alumni include Eli Schwadron.

Exercise

The school has a main building and a gym, students must walk outside to get to their gym class. They must walk down a big path leading to a flight of steps. Some staffs say it is for the kids to exercise. The gym includes 2 floors and 2 hidden floors. They also have elevators which are only available for staff, students must take the steps. The gym includes a track which is 1/4 a mile.
