"Suburban Kid" is the first album by the Australian singer Bob Evans (real name Kevin Mitchell). The album was co-produced by Bob Evans and Simon Stuthers (Adam Said Galore). Singles from the album "Turn" and "Friday Come Five" when released were put high rotation on Triple J & received solid support on Triple M & community radio around Australia. Film clips for both tracks aired on "Rage", MTV and [Channel V|CH [V] .

Special guests helping Bob Evans out on "Suburban Kid" include members of Jebediah, Ammonia, Adam Said Galore, Little Birdy and End of Fashion.

The album was released on 8 September 2003 and re-released on 28 August 2006 following the successful release of Bob Evans' second album "Suburban Songbook".
