Woburn, Toronto

Woburn is a neighbourhood located in the city of Toronto, more aptly it is located in Scarborough. Woburn is bordered by Highway 401 to the North, Scarborough Golf Club Rd to the East, the Scarborough Golf and Country Club to the South and McCowan Rd to the West.

Woburn is a middle class / working neighbourhood. Thirteen percent of residents are Muslim and another seventeen percent are Hindu. Residences are split between high rises and single detached homes, which account for almost ninety percent of all residences (Statscan 2001).

The South and South East section of this neighbourhood have a great amount of green space, which match well with the tree lined and winding roads commonly found in this neighbourhood.
