Robert McClelland Barr (December, 1856 - March 11, 1930) was a Major League Baseball pitcher. He also made some appearances as an outfielder, first baseman, and third baseman.

Barr played for the Pittsburgh Alleghenys (1883), Washington Nationals (1884), Indianapolis Hoosiers (1884), and Rochester Broncos (1890), all of the American Association. He also played for the National League teams the Washington Nationals (1886) and New York Giants (1891.

His most notable season was 1890, when he finished in his league's top ten for wins, losses, earned run average, strikeouts, walks, shutouts, games pitched, games started, complete games, games finished, innings pitched, hit batsmen and wild pitches.

In his 158 appearances as a pitcher, Barr compiled a record of 49-98, completed 141 of 151 starts, recorded 588 strikeouts, and had an ERA of 3.83.

Barr died in his hometown of Washington, D.C. in 1930.
