Parco P.I.

"Parco P.I." was a reality television program that airs on Court TV. The series is about the cases of New York City-based private investigator Vincent "Vinny" Parco, his family, his daughter Dani Parco, his twin sons Chris Parco and Vincent Parco Jr, Rho and a number of the female investigators who work for the firm. In the letter, "Emily" reveals that she knows about Steven's infidelity and implies that she will file for divorce from him. This gained the attention of blogs and mainstream media, questioning the billboards' legitimacy and speculating as to what the billboards were really about. The campaign was awarded "Best Integrated Promotional Campaign" at the 2007 Cannes Advertising Festival.

The series was canceled in 2006 and re-runs seldom air on Court TV.

Controversies

Vincent Parco Illegally Sold Gun with Silencer Later Used in Murder

Vincent Parco, earlier in is career illegally sold a gun and silencer to Carolyn Warmus but was able to avoid a murder conviction by turning against his one time client and lover, though Parco was married at the time, and testifying for the prosecution.

Parco Attempts to Hire Hit Man for Carolyn Warmus

In the Carolyn Warmus trial it became known that Parco has tried to hire a hit man to kill Warmus's ex-lovers wife. When questioned about this fact years later Vincent Parco responded he was a different person now and "that was nine years ago. I've grown a lot since then.".

Vincent Parco Felony Record

The cancellation came shortly after the World Association of Detectives publicly distanced itself from Parco stating that "Vinnie Parco's television program also puts our industry in a very bad light. Here we have a convicted felon representing our industry and showing the dark side of what not to do..."

Jury and Witness Tampering by Vincent Parco for Gambino Crime Family Boss

In 2006 US District Judge Susan Bucklew was forced to intervene when Vincent Parco contacted jurors (Jury tampering and witness tampering) in the Ronald Trucchio, a known Gambino Crime family associate and mobster, Racketeering trial.

The show was filmed in and around Parco's real-life office near 33rd Street and 5th Avenue near the Empire State building. Parco and his staff are local fixtures and can regularly be spotted in the neighborhood as they work on real-life cases. Vincent Parco's company has recently changed it name from Intercontinental Investigations to Vincent Parco P.I., Inc.
