Marley Park

Marley Park

Marley Park is a classically styled, planned residential community in the heart of Surprise, Arizona. Reflecting the area's rich agrarian history, Marley Park emphasizes open spaces, shade trees and diverse and traditional architecture.

The community includes a number of uniquely themed parks connected by a tree-lined, Arbor Walk. At the heart of the community is Heritage Park, a 25-acre (100,000 m2) public, multi-use park donated to the City of Surprise.

Created by the real estate development firm DMB Associates, Inc. in May 2005,[1] Marley Park was thoughtfully designed to foster an active and caring community that nurtures the growth of individuals and families. From community clubs and activities to signature events uniting residents, Marley Park provides meaningful ways for neighbors to connect, bringing to life the best of community.
