My Lovely Audience

My Lovely Audience

My lovely audience is a BBC chat/game show, with Graham Norton. The pilot, filmed on 7 August 2006, has yet to be aired.

It is a mix of chat with the celebs and them getting involved in games with the audience members. The programme is a boys vs girls type of thing with Rob Rouse, Dominic Wood and DJ Spoony on the boys team, and Nadia Sawalha, Natalie Cassidy and Jo Caulfield and Graham Norton as the host.

The set is an array of bright colours, with purples and oranges throughout the audience, and it is filmed at The London Studios. The main stage where the panel sit rotates in the show to go with the games, and there is an area where the different sets for the games is placed.

Rounds

;Round 1Every audience member is given a board on which is says something which has a numerical answer e.g. pairs of shoes, waist size, age, CDs etc etc...everybody holds up their board and then one person is randomly chosen and the team who guess closest to the number win 'control' they then go through the audience, and have to guess higher or lower on the person and if correct they keep control and win a point, if not it passes to the other team.

;Round 2Two audience members were filmed on a night out, completely drunk, and were describing a number of celebrities. The panel have to guess who they are talking about.

;Round 3An audience member is surprised when they are called down and their family are all at a party dancing away, which they had no idea about. The family then dance to a number of songs, with the sound muted, which mean something to the panel. The boys have to guess the girls songs and visa-versa, with the help from the audience member. E.G Natalie Cassidy chose the song she wanted at her funeral..!

;Round 4Audience member's teenage diaries/letters are shown to the panel with certain words missing, they must then guess what the missing words were, and the closest/spot-on answers win the point!

;Round 5An audience member was randomly chosen and 6 numbers are randomly chosen from their mobile phonebook. the panel are then asked 6 questions about the contestant, and must choose one of the 6 phonebook entries to help them, but they can only use each one once!

;Round 6At the start of the show everyone was tested for hypnosis, then those that it worked on are properly hypnotised, and the hynotist puts them in a situation in their hypnosis and the panel must then try to guess what their situation is, and what the keyword is that will make them all start dancing!!!

;Round 7This was 'mass charades' and was basically what it said. The panel were turned away from a screen, and the audience were shown words on the screen which they must act out, in charades type fashion...and the panel that get it first gets the points!!! E.G Eastenders was one of them and everyone did the 'doofs' at the end and pointed at Natalie Cassidy

The show was very heavy on graphics that were provided by Jane Aspinwall, Matt Payne, Graham Clarkin & Callum Macmillan.
