Keith Treacy (born September 13, 1988 in Dublin, Ireland) is a professional footballer currently playing for Blackburn Rovers in the English Premiership. Treacy signed his first professional contract in 2005. Treacy plays on the left-hand side of midfield. He has progressed quickly through the youth ranks and featured for the senior side as a substitute against Grimsby Town in the 2007 pre-season.

Treacy made his Rovers debut in the League Cup tie against Portsmouth as a substitute and made his first start against Coventry City in the FA Cup.He made his first assist for the 1st team during a pre-season friendly against NAC Breda setting up Jason Roberts on the 9th of August 2008.
