Aldein (Italian: "Aldino"; Archaic (1928-1955 AD): "Valdagno di Trento"; Archaic (1340 AD): "Aldein"; Archaic (1170 AD): "Aldinum"; Archaic (1160 AD): "Aldeni") is a "comune" (municipality) in the province of Bolzano-Bozen in the Italian region Trentino-Alto Adige/Südtirol, located about 40 km northeast of the city of Trento and about 15 km south of the city of Bolzano.
