History
WMCO has been broadcasting for over 40 years with the official sign on date of
January 28 ,1961 . WMCO relocated their studios to the current location in Caldwell Hall in the fall of the 2004-2005 academic school year. The station is currently known as "90.7 'The Orbit'" with a slogan of "The New Music Hot Spot."Awards

Associated Press Broadcasters Awards, Best Use of Sound and Best Continuing Coverage, with the coverage ofJohn Glenn 's shuttle trip in 1999.
