The Dragonflight game convention is the longest runninggame convention in the Pacific Northwest, celebrating its 29th year in 2008 [ [http://www.dragonflight.org/ Dragonflight Web Site] ] . While it was held on the campus ofSeattle Pacific University throughout the 1990s it has been in Bellevue Washington in recent years [2006 convention program] .While its primary focus has always been table-top games (
role playing , miniatures,board games ,collectible card games ) recent years have included some computer/console games andlive action roleplaying . [Online event list for 2007]The Dragonflight organization (a non-profit 501(c)(7)) also sponsers a clubhouse called Metro Seattle Gamers, in Seattle WA, supported by paying members of the club.
