The ASEM Tower is a 42 floor high-rise building completed in
1999 . The ASEM Tower stands 579 feet (176 m) tall.Hotels
Oakwood Premier Coex Center is a luxury serviced residence, part of the Oakwood Worldwide group. On the premises of the World Trade Center in Seoul, the Oakwood Premier was allowed to build a 26 story hotel. The Grand InterContinental was completed as a 33 story high rise in 1988 by the Baum Architects, Engineers & Consultants firm. The Grand Intercontinental stands 400 meters from the Hotel Oakwood Premier, and the COEX InterContinental. The COEX InterContinental Seoul is a 30 story luxury hotel completed in 1999. The hotel was built as a sister hotel to the Grand InterContinental Seoul.
Korea City Air Terminal
The Korea City Air Tower is a general office building spanning 26 stories. The building was completed in 2000. Travellers on certain flights can check in their luggage at the terminal before leaving for the airport.
