Hosiery Association

The Hosiery Association (THA) is an American trade organization representing hosiery manufacturers. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, the Hosiery Association was founded in 1905 as the National Association of Hosiery and Underwear Manufacturers. In 1933 the organization changed its name to the National Association of Hosiery Manufacturers, and merged in 1956 with the Southern Hosiery Manufacturers Association. In 1999 NAHM merged with the Carolina Hosiery Association to form the Hosiery Association. "Hosiery News" is THA's official publication.
