Effingham Junction railway station is situated near the villages of Effingham and East Horsley in Surrey, England. Although the station takes its name from Effingham, it is actually in East Horsley. The area in the immediate vicinity of the station has itself become known as Effingham Junction, after the station.
The station is managed by South West Trains, who provide the majority of train services; Southern also provide some peak period services. It is situated at the junction of the New Guildford Line from London Waterloo to Guildford with the line from Leatherhead, which carries trains from London Waterloo via Epsom.
