State Trunk Highway 243 (often called Highway 243, STH 243 or WIS 243) is a state highway in the U.S. state of Wisconsin. It runs east-west in west central Wisconsin as a very short connector in Osceola across the St. Croix River to Minnesota.

Route Description

Practically all of Highway 243 is located in the Saint Croix National Scenic Riverway. At its eastern terminus with WIS 35 (North Cascade Street), it heads west briefly before turning northwest and over the bridge to Minnesota.

The section within the state of Wisconsin is approximately 0.3 mile, or 1,600 feet (0.48 km), making it the shortest non-spur, signed highway route in the state.
