Bateman also created and produced "Scott Bateman Presents Scott Bateman Presents," for Plum TV, a network with stations in The Hamptons, Martha's Vineyard, Aspen and more. Three episodes aired in 2007. Bateman animated the entire production, as well as most of the writing, as well as voice performance. Guest voices included Kristen Schaal, Pete Holmes, Jenny Slate, UK band Clinic, and more. The show is currently on hiatus, but the episodes continue to run and the network uses many of the shorts interstitially between shows.

He is currently creating a daily animated short for Salon.com, uploading an animation to the site every weekday. [http://dir.salon.com/topics/scott_bateman/] Here, he has animated bits from The State (TV series) and Human Giant, news clips of Hillary Rodham Clinton and Chris Matthews, plus scenes from the 1960 horror film Atom Age Vampire (he hopes to have the entire film animated by the end of 2008) and more.

He graduated from the University of Puget Sound in 1986. [ [http://www2.ups.edu/arches/2007Winter/biblio.html Alumnus reference for Scott Bateman] ]
