Elizabeth Parrish (sometimes known as Betsy Parrish) is an American actress of film and television, but primarily on stage.

* "Deathtrap" as Helga ten Dorp; replacement for Marian Winters, who died of cancer on November 3, 1978

* "Pickwick" as Mrs. Leo Hunter and as understudy for role of Rachel
