"The Sunday Programme" was one of the programmes broadcast on the British breakfast station, GMTV. The station broadcasts on the ITV Network.

The programme was a 60 minute broadcast. It was GMTV's only political programme, including news updates. It aired at various times on GMTV and GMTV2 during it's run.

From 1995-2001, the programme was called "Alastair Stewart's Sunday Programme", however this was changed when Alastair left in 2001.

In 2008, the programme was quietly axed and not replaced by another political programme. Therefore at weekends from August, only children's programming will air.

The newsreader from 2006 to 2008 was Claudia Sermbezis, previous newsreaders are unknown.
