"Lodi" (Hindi: लोदि, Urdu: لودِ) is a song from the Bollywood film "Veer-Zaara", directed by Yash Chopra.

About the song

The music was composed by the Late Madan Mohan and recreated by his own son Sanjeev Kohli and is sung by Udit Narayan, Lata Mangeshkar and Gurdas Mann.

Music video

The song is picturised on Amitabh Bachchan, Hema Malini, Shahrukh Khan and Preity Zinta during the Lodi celebration in the village. The song featured lots of colour and dance. The choreography was done by Saroj Khan.

Trivia

*Amitabh Bachchan suggested Yash Chopra to take Gurdas Mann as his playback singer in this song.
